btji Terms & Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance

btji is an online entertainment and betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("you" or "user") who use the btji platform. By creating an account or using the site, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the btji platform. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one.

btji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the site after any amendment means you are considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use btji's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21+ only).
• You must be a real person — bots, automated software, or third-party representatives are not permitted.
• Only one account is allowed per person. If the same person holds multiple accounts, both may be closed.
• If you are on a self-exclusion list, whether voluntarily or by compulsion through btji, you may not open an account.
• All information provided in your account must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

btji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without verification, particularly when age verification is required.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account on btji. Accounts opened with false information will be closed, and any related winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact btji support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btji may request your national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is part of our security and fraud prevention process.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on btji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits from or in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Currency

btji uses Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All transactions are completed in Taka.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction appears to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise suspicious, btji reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the associated account and may hold deposited funds.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own separate terms.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically stated in btji's instructions.
• Bonuses apply only to the account holder in whose name the account was created.
• btji reserves the right to cancel any bonus without explanation, particularly in cases of misuse.
• Bonus funds are not a substitute for cash and are non-transferable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

btji offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming services. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which are described on the relevant game page.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — btji will determine the outcome of the bet based on technical logs. This decision is final.

6.3 Misconduct & Cheating

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Bonus abuse or use of "arbitrage" betting strategies.
• Coordinated bonus claims from multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Identifying and exploiting errors or bugs in the game system.
• Harassment or intimidation of other players or staff.

6.4 Sports Betting Special Rules

Specific rules from btji's sports betting section apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events. If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for the related bet may be refunded.

VIP Program

btji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular active play. btji reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure & Terms Violations

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your btji account at any time. Please withdraw any existing balance before closing your account. Bonuses that have not met their conditions will be forfeited when the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at btji's Initiative

btji may cancel or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Registration with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior.
• Refusing to provide required identity verification documents.
• Any other violation of these Terms.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. The return of original deposited funds (excluding bonuses) is at the discretion of btji.

Limitation of Liability

btji is committed to ensuring a safe and fair platform. However, btji holds no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance breaks.
• Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.

btji's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the original amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on the btji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is owned by btji or properly licensed. Copying, distributing, or republishing this content for purposes other than personal use is prohibited.

The intellectual property of game provider companies (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) belongs entirely to them.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
